What’s Not Covered:

• Brushes damaged through misuse, neglect, or improper cleaning
• Accidental breakage, loss, or damage due to external causes (e.g., pets, kids, makeup melting accidents)
• Cosmetic wear and tear that does not affect performance
• Brushes used in a commercial or professional setting (salons, studios, etc.)
