At Adeline Tyler, we believe tools this beautiful should last a lifetime. That’s why every brush in The Minimalist set is covered by our Lifetime No-Shed Guarantee. If your brush ever sheds due to a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it—simple as that.
What’s Covered:
- Shedding or loose bristles resulting from manufacturing defects
- Brushes purchased directly from adelinetyler.com or authorized retailers
- Lifetime replacement of the same brush or a similar one if discontinued
What’s Not Covered:
- Brushes damaged through misuse, neglect, or improper cleaning
- Accidental breakage, loss, or damage due to external causes (e.g., pets, kids, makeup melting accidents)
- Cosmetic wear and tear that does not affect performance
- Brushes used in a commercial or professional setting (salons, studios, etc.)
Terms & Conditions:
- This guarantee is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
- Claims may be subject to inspection and approval. We reserve the right to deny a replacement if we reasonably believe the damage was caused by neglect, misuse, or intentional damage.
- Brushes must be properly cared for, including regular cleaning with gentle soap or brush cleanser, as recommended by industry best practices (typically every 1–2 weeks, depending on usage).
- To process a claim, proof of purchase and clear photos of the brush in question must be provided.
- Replacement brushes are shipped free of charge (standard shipping); international orders may require shipping fees.
- We reserve the right to update or discontinue this guarantee at any time, but any changes will not affect brushes already purchased under the original terms.
